WP Browser Cache issues

    Hi,

    I got issues where WP cache in the browser even if cache plugins are off i have tried everything.

    Dev tools / Disable cache doesn’t help at all.

    I cannot even use admin bar because of cache because i cannot see. Until i clear browser cache. Moved to new host (hostinger) and still same issue..

    Same with different devices and browsers Chrome, Edge, Opera
    Any tips ?
