    Hi,

    Thank you so much for an awesome plugin!

    Unfortunately, the feed for FB stopped updating, it is missing several new products. Now Google Feed is a few products behind too. I have been adding many products daily.

    The Pinterest feed is up to date ??

    I cleared all site cache, disabled and enabled the plugin, and regenerated the feeds several times at each step. Nothing has changed.

    This appears to have happened between the last plugin update to 13.0.8 a couple of days ago and the WP update to version 6.4.1 yesterday.

    Is there a fix for this, please? I’d appreciate any suggestions you might have.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feeds no longer seem to be updating. In order to have a closer look, can you share with us the following:

    1. Your product feed URL’s that are not updating;
    2. The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing this information with us. Unfortunately the debug.log URL is returning a 403 permission error. Can you open the permissions so we can have a look at the content of the debug.log or alternatively can you share the content of the debug.log here?

    Hi, sorry about that. Is there anyway I can provide you the log without making it public, please?

    Hi,

    You can send it to [email protected]. Please reference this topic in your email so we know what it is about.

    Hi, thank you. I will send it over right away.

    Hi, your email server is refusing my email with the log attachment. It considers it spam. Any other way, please?

    Perhaps you can share the file with a file share service such as dropbox or wetransfer?

    Hi,

    Thanks for this. According to your debug.log your FB and Google feed have been updating just fine, also today.

    So I can only of two reasons why you might not be seeing some of your products in those feeds:

    1. You are using a caching plugin or running server side (object) caching which is caching the old content of your product feed. In that case make sure to flush/clear all caching before checking your feed and make sure that the feed URL’s are not being cached by excluding those URL’s in your caching software;
    2. You have configured filters in the feed configuration that filter out those (new) products.

    Could any of these be the cause for the issue at hand?

    Hi, sorry, that isn’t what I am experiencing. There are no filters and I have added over 20 products since the last one was included in the feed. About 18 products added after that are missing all together, and there are no filters that would have excluded them.

    Did you look into a possible caching issue too?

    The feeds are blocked from caching. When I noticed the feeds weren’t updating, I cleared the cache manually in case of an issue.

    I have manually cleared the cache and regenerated the feeds several times, even before posting here, and the feeds do not change. The new products are still missing today.

    Hi, Just tried an experiment. Created a new FB feed. The new feed has all the products. Then added a new product and refreshed/regenerated the feed. This new feed is not updating either.

    I finally got the feeds to update by working on the CDN level with the hosting. Now the filters aren’t working anymore. It’s super important to have only In Stock products in the feed.

    I sell one of a kind, and the proportion of out-of-stock products hovers around 75%. It ruins the feeds’ quality index if the out of stock products are included.

    Any suggestions, please?
