    WP 6.2.3
    GDPR 3.4
    WPForms Lite 1.8.4.1
    WP Mail SMTP 3.10.0

    Hey Matthias,
    we are using your plugin for quite some time and we are really happy with it!
    Unfortunately this combination seems to be a bit buggy after the last update of all plugins.

    Problem 1
    WPForms seems to have changed the fieldnames. After updating those in GDPR it is still not displaying the messages in the inbox. see pictures:

    Am I missing something or is it a bug?

    Problem 2
    When the GDPR Plugin detects spam I use the prefix to label Spam.
    This seems to work since the saved message in the inbox has the prefix but the Mail that is send via E-Mail is missing the prefix. This used to work before the update. Probably an issue of WPForms but maybe good to know ??

    Problem 3
    The error message is not displayed when using it with WPForms

    Maybe you or someone else can help us out…
    If someone knows a better working solution please fell free to advise.

    Problem 1:

    WPForms is using a strange way to name some of its fields. I have change the way, it is recording them, for technical reasons. I have changed they point in time, when the plugin is blocking. Before I have used WPForms standard, after a lot of processing is done, wasting server time to process spam. Now I block it very early and the technical field names are not already converted.

    Your mapping is correct. Please just use the technical field names. I know they are strange, but this is the best way to do so. And you need to do only once from know on. I promise! ??

    Problem 2:

    You are using them as follows for instance, and everything will work pretty fine again:

    wpforms->fields->0->first:[spam]

    Problem 3:

    If you just flag spam usually no error message will occur. The error message only occurs if the spam is blocked.

    My detailed answer is hold back from wordpress. It will come a bit later:

    Short version: Just use the new field names. The error message comes only for blocked messages, but not for flagged ones.

    Hey Matthias,
    thanks for your replay. Problem 2 and 3 are solved perfectly ??

    But regarding Problem 1 I am still struggling.
    So I edited the Betreffzeilen to this format:
    Vorname
    wpforms->fields->0->first
    Nachname
    wpforms->fields->0->last
    Email
    wpforms->fields->1
    Nachricht
    wpforms->fields->2
    Spamschutz 1
    spam_filter
    Spamschutz 2
    Spamschutz

    But in the Inbox I am seeing no change at all…
    Did I do something wrong?

    The bug with the nested fieldnames for subject fields is solved with the just published release 3.5.

    Cheers, Matthias
