My client has reported that someone with an Android phone is unable to send the form on here due to “Google reCAPTCHA verification failure”. It works fine on an iPhone.

We have v3 reCAPTCHA protection in place so am unsure how this can happen or what do to. Any advice is appreciated.

    TIA.

I did have another friend who has an Android test it and it worked so it COULD be user error.

Any info that you can add is appreciated.

Hey @pmycroft – Thanks for reaching out!

I tested the form on iPhone and on Samsung (using BrowserStack), and in my testing the form appears to be working fine. In case the issue is still there, can you please share the steps I can follow to replicate the issue?

    Kindly,

    Hi Prashant,

I received your test inquiry. Thanks for confirming it works in Android.

I think this must be a problem on that specific phone. I will check with them again.

Hey @pmycroft – You’re most welcome, and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.

    Kindly,
