Problem with licence activation

    I have lifetime license for mesmerize theme and I have problem with activation of my theme. I wrote to the support 3 days ago and gave the access to my website but still my problem hasn’t been solved and have no answer for my mail.?The Bogdan that is answering me is standing that they do not receive my mails but I have sent it from 3 different account.

    I also asked for help in case o custom CSS and agin NO ANSER. This is happening second time, last time I was waiting two weeks for answer and I got help after few remainder email.?

    It look like they don’t care about the customers after selling the licence. Th support seems to not exist.

    The issue you are confronting with is due to aThe issue appears to stem from the fact that the pro version of our theme was installed incorrectly. To resolve the issue please rename the folder called mesmerize-pro-4 to mesmerize-pro . The folder can be located in wp-content/themes directory on your website. To properly rename the folder, we recommend to perform this operation via FTP.

    As the www.remarpro.com policy prohibits support for PRO versions on their forum, and due to the issue that we are having with the emails sent from [email protected], if you need extra help with renaming the theme folder, please try to contact me on email directly at: [email protected]
