Error message trying to get started on Creative Mail

    Hello, we are trying to setup Creative Mail and have gone through the intial setup, however whenever we load dashboard or contacts, we get error message that it cannot access our wordpress site

    It says error code: 34d9a2ef-54b7-9eef-afe4-0377accac24f’

    How to fix? Thank you
