No Support answer Bing Add on for Pixelyoursite not working

I did already write you an the Webpage for asking for support. I pay over 200 Dollar for your products and dont get an answer for my request. Maybe you could help me here…

I purchased the Pixelyoursite Bing Add on. So i followed all your youtube Videos and installed it like you teached there. i still get the following issue in Microsoft ads:

“Final tracking
Warning

There are status errors with completion goal tracking that need to be fixed.
Visit the completion goals page to identify issues with your goals and get things back on track.
1 Goals without recent completions”

So, i trouble shooted this with the UET Tag Helper. Conversion is here. But this message in Microsoft Ads is still here. What can i do?
