Issue with tax / default location not loading immediately

    This woocommerce / wordpress issue has only arisen recently. When new customers (without any cookies) view the website, all prices are shown without tax. Once a single item is added to the shopping cart, though, from then on all items are shown with tax included. I suspect it may have something to do with the default location setting, as this has been set to the store location and this seems to only take effect once an item has been added to the basket. What should I do to ensure the prices are shown with taxes immediately?

    Settings wise, all woocommerce settings are set to show prices with tax included. Default location is store. Tax is calculated based on client country (though changing this setting does not help). There is only one tax zone, which is the same for all countries (all 21%).

    It seems that the update which has come out in the meanwhile has fixed this issue.
