[Plugin: Subscribers Text Counter] Widget title can't be suppressed

For a lot of WordPress widgets, such as the default “Text” widget, leaving the title blank removes the title from the display, allowing the first sidebar widget (for example) to not have a title.

I tried to do this with STC, though, and it didn’t work. I got an empty title div element instead of the expected absence of said element.

Where is the code for this plugin hosted? Is it on GitHub? I’d love to contribute a patch.
