I have backup files created with wpvivid, part1, part2 and part3 zip files

but wpvivid won’t recognise them if I try to import them, it says they are not wpvivid export files (but they are).
the files are not corrupted, I can open and inspect them and I se ethe json files.
I have tried uploading the files to the following folders, but it won’t detect them when I “scan uploaded exports”.
    wpvivid_uploads
    wpvividbackups
    wpvivid_baclup/ImportandExport

    Hello,

The default naming convention for a WPvivid backup zip file is “yourdomain.com_wpvivid-xxxxxx.zip,” and WPvivid plugin identifies it as a valid backup. However, it’s important to be aware that the plugin is currently unable to detect renamed backup files. If you’ve manually altered the zip file name, please revert it to the original name.

Alternatively, you have the option to generate a new backup and subsequently import it into the target site for restoration.

    Kind regards.
