Hello. Our webshop is translated into 5 different languages, and the feeds for different countries contain various currencies.

When I create a feed for, for example, German, I can choose the exchange rate in your advanced settings. However, the challenge is that we use WPML and have implemented different rounding rules that cannot be adjusted in your advanced settings.

Therefore, the price will not be the same as on our webshop when I can only select a currency exchange rate in your settings. So, the question is, how can I fetch a specific product price directly from WPML?

It’s calculated dynamically and is not stored as a field in the database. If this is an issue that you can help resolve, I’d be happy to purchase your premium version of the plugin.

Hello @hhdk, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Our plugin is tailored to seamlessly integrate with WPML, ensuring accurate extraction of product prices while adhering to WPML’s language and currency rules. We’ve thoroughly investigated your concerns on our local site. To further assist us, could you please provide additional clarification on the specific rounding rules configured within WPML? Sharing a video reference detailing the precise rules you’ve set would immensely help us understand and address any potential issues.

We eagerly await your response and sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

    Hello

This is the setup we have in WPML that we can not replicate in your plugin: https://ibb.co/T0wTXGT

Also i can not find the value in a field, it is calculated dynamically.

In your plugin i can only choose a conversion rate.

    What would you suggest?

Thank you for your help in advance.

    Hello @hhdk,

I appreciate your quick response. We’ve taken the step of installing the WPML String Translation and WPML Multilingual CMS plugins to address your concerns. However, we couldn’t locate the currency rounding settings that you mentioned in the screenshot. However, we suspect that you have made currency adjustments using WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin in which the rounding rules are not compatible with ours.?

In the feed generation process, you can fetch the regular price, or sale price, with or without tax, to the feed. Furthermore, the feed will handle currency conversion based on the exchange rate specified in the feed configuration. Can you please verify if the price is being displayed in accordance with the default WooCommerce rounding settings? We recommend you to reach out to our support team for a feasibility check for compatibility with rounding rules created and this will enable us to promptly address all your queries.

    We eagerly await your response.

    Hello

You are absolutely right. We are using WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin.

#1 So that means that you can not support the roundings made in this?

#2 And you can also not add the possibility to make the same rounding rules in your plugin? That would also be a solution.

We will buy premium plugin if possible.

    Thanks.

    Hello @hhdk,

    Greetings!

Sure, We’ve had a discussion with our product team regarding your concerns about rounding rules. We will be incorporating rounding options in the plugin, as illustrated in the screenshot below.?

With this, you will have the flexibility to set them according to the currency for each feed. Currently, we don’t have a specific ETA for this, but it will be implemented in the upcoming premium version of the plugin
