countdown timer, option to repeat?

I am trying to setup a countdown timer. I am wondering if it is possible to set it up so that the timer repeats. I checked the online doc, and video turorial, but could not find such an option. If it does not exist, please add as a feature request! eg ability to restart the countdown for a weekly or monthly event scheduled on a given day of the week.
