Jump logic not working – ‘jump to next block’ only option

Please note that the jump logic should be used to jump from a step to another step.
If you gather all questions in one group, then jump logic won’t work because you have only one step.

Yeah I looked at that section of the documentation, it is inadequate.

It literally doesn’t say what you just said.

And I tried removing groups and the welcome screen (which makes my form look very basic and ugly) and I still only get ‘Always jump to’ as the only option available.

Please tell me exact steps to make one question appear or not appear based on a dropdown response from a previous question.

To add a new logic rule, you have to grab the plus icon from the question you want to jump from towards the question you want to jump to.
You don’t have to remove the welcome screen.
Also you can still use the group block but if you want to jump from question to another, you shouldn’t have both questions in same group because jump logic can’t work in group children. You can jump from a group to another group or from a question (not inside a group) to another.

Yes I have watched that video, but I still don’t have access to adding jump logic when I have a welcome screen added. Can we schedule a zoom call please.

The welcome screen doesn’t support jump logic. Any other questions support it. Can you explain your use case via email to [email protected]
