Blog Feed Error | Rank Math Dashboard (Backend)

Thank you. So weird. Yes, we’ll just have to wait a bit.

None of our troubleshooting efforts helped (we tried absolutely everything). Also, Rank Math’s troubleshooting wizard revealed no issues.

Perhaps it’s an issue with WP 6.3.2.

We’d like to leave this topic open until the RSS feed issue is fixed. We’ll keep you posted.

I have the same error “Error: the Rank Math blog feed could not be downloaded.” The Rank Math Overview never worked :-/

Once done, clear your website’s cache and transients on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools tab:

Unfortunately, I did all that and it did not fix the dashboard

Can you please let us know from what country is the public IP address of the website?

Please note that if the IP address of the website is currently blocked by our firewall, this error will show.

Another thing to note is that this is not an issue with the website’s RSS feed but rather an issue fetching the blog feed from our plugin to display the latest posts on the widget.

Thank you for the added information. Very helpful.

The public IP is located in the US. We use, however, Cloudflare WARP (1.1.1.1.) for web security reasons to mask our public IP. That is probably why we couldn’t see RM’s feed.

We just checked our WP Admin Dashboard and your feed works fine now. Whatever you did at your end, if anything, fixed the issue.

We would like to recommend Rank Math investigate the effects Cloudflare WARP may have on your plugin’s functionality and make adjustments, if necessary.

Thank you for the details.

Given the IP address is in the US, which is not blocked, the most likely cause of this was the fact that Cloudflare experienced some issues yesterday.

In any case, we are glad that the issue has been sorted.
