How to avoid this problem with sticky text

    Hello!
    I am having this problem where I put a title and a sticky text in a column and I want to prevent the title from being positioned over the text when I lower it (as it appears in the video). What would I have to do to prevent this from happening and for the title to leave to go down when it reaches a certain point where it is going to overshoot the text?
