Support is non existent even for paying customers

I rarely give negative reviews, but my patience is gone. I have signed up, paid for a plan, upgraded said plan, and sent several emails asking for help with setup up and so far, not a single reply. It is embarrassing!
I was so excited to move my email marketing to my WP dashboard and happy I found MailPoet. Now, I am starting to think it was a huge mistake.
I edit my lists and it reverts back to the way it was before – magically!
Haven’t even tried to send a real email yet, the whole thing is a mess. Why does it revert my edits?
Who knows. I am almost to the point of asking for a refund.
Shame, shame, shame.
