I’m creating a user profile page, and have a quirky issue. I’ve got a taxonomy that loads/saves/display perfectly on the wp-admin backend, and also on the frontend (when displaying the content) but when the user can edit (it checks to see if the author is the person viewing the page and then loads the form), the taxonomy, whether showing as checkboxes or using select2, is cached – to the point where you can change the user, and it’s still showing the initial content. I’m not using any caching plugins, tried restarting the server etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the feedback!

It’s hard to tell just by reading your description. I don’t think the issue would come to some cached value, it’s probably a configuration problem.

Can you please share more details about your “Form Post Action” configuration and your ACF field settings ?

    • Is it a ACF Taxonomy field? a ACFE Taxonomy Terms field?
    • What are its settings?

So I can try to reproduce the issue on a test install.

    Thanks!

    Regards.
