Conversions not showing

I have a popup that Auto Opens when someone comes to our website. I have a link around an image so when they click it, it will take them to a form. However, that conversion isn’t showing up? If I go and test it, it will count me as a “popup Open” and if I click on the link in the popup, it takes me to the right page, however, it doesn’t count that as a conversion. Can you tell me why? I tried to look up documentation but can’t find anything to help.
