header.php will not update on the front end

I need to add a script to my website, so I added it into header.php and updated the file, it says the file is successfully updated and the changes are still there when I visit the theme editor, however on the front end when I view source code the snippet does not show up.

Is there another step I’m missing? I have cleared the caches and cleared browser cache/incognito
