Features sound great but I can’t get it to actually produce a working archive

In several tries, it fails to download a complete archive. No error is generated. Presumably this is some kind of timeout issue from my host, but I see no suggestions for how to deal with such an issue. So it’s basically useless to me. Time I spend resolving this issue could instead be used performing a manual migration.
