Please, first of all, when you have a problem like the one you had, instead of leaving a review, you should ask in the forum.

Surely there is some detail that you have not taken into consideration or some particular circumstance of your installation.

If you ask, we will help you, in a short time and normally we solve all the problems from there and the ones we don’t solve are not because of our dedication.

Most of all I say this because apart from the fact that this is a free plugin, free and to which we dedicate a lot of time altruistically to the community; by making a review of this type, you do much damage to our work.

If once you tell us your problem, you think that in fact using this plugin is a waste of time… do what you want, but at least please, give us the opportunity to help you and by the way you don’t hurt us so much.

And well, regarding your problem, it seems that you made a migration of users between sites.

    Some questions:

    1. Did you keep all the columns in the exported file, did you edit it?

    2. Did the user_pass column appear?

    3. Do you have any security plugins or similar that might be interacting on the target site with the import?
