Hi, I have MailChimp Shortcode inside the Modal. I have a functionality where if user click on a button it opens a modal with Subscription Form. Default behavior is when user submit form it refreshes the page and modal close. If I open the modal again then I am able to see the success message. I want when the form is submitted it shows the message right away without refreshing the page. Also, when user close the modal it clear form to its default state. Currently, it is showing message whether I clear cookies or hard refresh the page. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Looking forward to hearing from you.

To submit the form without refreshing the page, you can use our Premium add-on. With the Premium add-on installed you can go to MC4WP > Forms > (your form) > Settings and turn AJAX submission on.

We also offer a plugin to make modal boxes, its’ called “Boxzilla” and works well together with MC4WP. Boxzilla has JS hooks that fire when you close the box and you can use those to add your own JS code to clear the form when the box is closed.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!
