Shortcode-show only 8 images

  • Hi to all, it is possibile to show only 8 images with a shortcode? Now it shows every photos but i want to use the same shortcode on homepage where it is impossible to show every photo. Thanks

    @antonios31 Hello! If you use the custom post type “GT3 Galleries” it will load the same number of images that you’ve added. You can’t set the items limit to load on the page using the shortcode. Which builder do you use on your website?

    i’m using divi and i add directly the shortcode as a text. It works but in my gallery i’ve 80pictures but on the homepage i want to use the same shortcode filtering only the first 5 (or 5 randomly of 80 pictures)…

    We are sorry but we don’t have such an option in our CPT. That’s in case if you want to automate the system when you add new pictures regularly. But you want to load the specific items, you can create a new gallery and add those pictures to it. Anyway we will send your feature request to our devs. But I’m not sure if it’s possible to achieve in the current plugin version.
