    Hi Team,

I tried to activate the plugin but it shows this fatal error –

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Less_Version, because the name is already in use in /home/aussiec1m5ftp/poolmankingscliff.aussiecom.com.au/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Version.php on line 9

Can you please help us fix this?

    Thanks!

Hello, thank you for the update on this.

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved??If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

    Hi,

I have disabled the plugins one by one, and Amelia is activated when I disable the one plugin from the theme. I tried to enable that plugin again (after Amelia was activated), and it works and the site is fine.

I’m not sure why the Amelia plugin can’t activate when that plugin from the theme is activated first.

Anyway, thank you for your help!

Hello, glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Amelia Version 1.1.1

    WordPress Version 6.4.3

Active Theme Twenty Twenty-Four Version: 1.1

All Plugins including cache plugins Disabled.

    Tried manually as well.

However getting the below-mentioned message while activating Amelia.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a?fatal error.

Reinstalled WordPress, theme, plugin… however could not resolve it
