I recently purchased Fluent Forms. Set up FluentSMTP as recommended, and created my first form. When I complete the form and hit send, a message pops up that says “There has been a critical error on your website” The form still gets sent but the page doesn’t complete or go to “Thank you we have received your submission” The Fluent Form plugin does record the contents of the message in Entries and that a message was sent in the Activity log. FluentSMTP records no emails sent

When I deactivate the FluentSMTP plugin, the form on the front end shows that it has been submitted and show the message “Thank you for your submission” but the email is never sent.

I have de-activated all the plugins that could possibly interfere (just not any WooCommerce plugins as the site is still active) and nothing improves.

I am using Firefox as my Browser and my WP theme is DIVI. I use WP-All-in-one security.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
