[Plugin: Dave's WordPress Live Search] No search results in pages displayed

  • Hello together,

    I’ve just upgraded from version 1.14 to version 1.16 and the previously displayed search results in my pages do not appear anymore, only the search results in my posts appear.

    Is there an option were I can fix this (because I didn’t find one), or do I have to change the code somewhere (that would be also ok)?

    well I found out what caused the above behaviour ??

    Actually I have another plugin active, the Looser Search Plugin which lets your live search display search results also in pages. If I deactivate this plugin then also in version 1.14 the search results in pages are not displayed. Am I right that your live search never displayed search results in pages ??

    WordPress searches pages by default. I was getting pages in my search results, probably because of the Search everything plugin. I just committed a patch to Live Search which will make it look at both pages & posts. Expect to see this fix in the next version.
