• Had a problem when I ran the latest update. Turned out to be a server-side error and nothing at all to do with the plugin. Yoco support was absolutely outstanding, really efficient and most accommodating. Thank you!

    Hello @digizencoza,

    Sorry to hear about this. We want to dig deeper into what went wrong.

    Could you please share the logs by going to: Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab > on the drop-down list to the right, select the date and click View?

    The logs should appear, then please copy & email it on [email protected]

    You can send multiple logs as well.
