Issues showing all products for categories

When a visitor clicks on the menu bar for Jewellery, Gifts or Cards they are only shown a limited number of products. It’s only when scrolling right down to the categories that clicking on those links reveals all products.

Is there a way to have the initial visit automatically reveal all products in each category? Or is there a better way to set up my site so the maximum number of products is immediately shown from the menu bar?

Thanks for replying. The Gifts page only has 12 items, which is all that are shown. However, there are 55 products of Jewellery and only 12 are shown until clicking the category link as per this video: https://youtu.be/okuztawRncw

EDIT: I wondered if the issue is because Jewellery is my main shop page and that’s preventing all products from showing but I created a new Shop page and the menu links still only take me to 12 items per page. How can I make the menus link to the product categories so all products are shown when loading the page?

I’ve taken another look at your site, specifically the ‘Jewellery’ category page. This time around, I was able to see all 57 products listed straight away, without needing to click on the category link.

However, I understand that you’re still not seeing the same thing on your end. Based on the information you’ve given us, it seems like the issue might be related to your WooCommerce Products Per Page By Jeroen Sormani plugin. This plugin sets a limit on the number of products displayed per page, which could be why you’re only seeing 12 products on your category pages.

To look into this, could you go to the settings of the ‘Woocommerce Products Per Page’ plugin and check how many products are set to be displayed per page? If it’s set to 12, try increasing this number and see if you still have the same problem.

I’d also recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:

The only reason you can now see the full product list via the menu is because I created external links to the URL. Jewellery – Arrowmark Calligraphy, Cards and Jewellery

The Menu customisation would not allow me to link to a category, which is why I did external links.

UPDATE: No, deactivating that plug in did not change anything at /jewellery. It still only shows 12 products despite me editing this after deactivating the plugin: https://snipboard.io/UHxgun.jpg. It shows the right number in the Category, but not the /jewellery page.

UPDATE2: I’ve made a workaround via redirects.

It’s possible that caching may be causing the issue after deactivating the WooCommerce Products Per Page By Jeroen Sormani?plugin. If you’d like to give it a try without the workaround, you can:

1. Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and do the following:

• WooCommerce transients?–?Clear
• Clear template cache?–?Clear

2. Clear your browser cache.

Also, although support related to third-party plugins is outside our scope of support, testing the plugin, I can see that the option for setting the number of products to display per page is found under WooCommerce → Settings → Products → General, rather than via the Customizer:
