Where Are The ShortCode Optiosn I Paid For

All I want to know is where do I go to get to the shortcodes options – It can’t be that hard to find and despite asking multiple times, I get no answer. One of the APC links isn’t working at all, it won’t even pull up. This is the second year I’ve paid for this plugin and I’ve spent more time messing with it to keep it working properly than anything else on my entire website.
