User can’t access to a course after order complete

Hello, when a user purchases a course through PayPal and the order is completed, the user cannot access the course. The course is not displayed on the user profile page. But, if I access the order within Learnpress and change the order status to processing and then completed again, the user can access… It only happens with PayPal.
Can you help me? Thank you!
