• I have to revise my initial review here since Smash Balloon turned the issue over to another Technical Support Advisor who has made a very frustrated user into a fan.

    Michael reviewed the situation with my suddenly absent Instagram feed, offered simple but detailed instructions and solved the issue in 24 hours. He has been responsive, helpful and generous with his time.

    If you’re with Smash Balloon top brass and are reading this, do whatever you can to keep this guy…he is an unbelievable asset to your company and your brand.
