CDN Setup Status stuck in In Progress

I tried to do the CDN setup in LiteSpeed Cache > CDN > QUIC.cloud CDN Setup but it has been in progress for a very long time.
Earlier since it was stuck for hours, I deleted the full setup and even account from QUIC.cloud. Then I am doing this a second time. It is stuck for more than 12 hours now.When I am clicking Refresh CDN Setup Status, it shows at the top – CDN Setup is running.
It shouldn’t be taking this long as I did this similar setup on another website on the same hosting and it got completed within a few minutes.
What could be the reason?
