EAN SEARCH ISSUE

  • Hi.

    When I type a product’s EAN (barcode) in my site’s search tab, I don’t get any results as a dropdown list.

    Only, when I hit ENTER I get the results as shop archive search results.

    I have already enabled the “serach by EAN in frontend” option.

    My theme is Woodmart.

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks for reaching out. I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.

    I just tested the plugin with the storefront theme, but it seems the search functionality is working correctly. So it is possible that the issue is related to the WoodMart theme. But it is a paid theme, so we don’t have access to it. And since www.remarpro.com is so restrictive, would it be possible to contact us through our official website so we can continue this conversation?
