Close panel on click

Thank you for this incredible plugin! I’m so close to completing my menu, but have run into one issue:

One of my menu items is a button, that when clicked, opens a Calendly popup. Unfortunately, the popup appears under the open left panel.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to either adjust the z-index of the left panel, or shut the panel on click so the popup that’s waiting underneath it can be viewed.
