It only recognizes specific WordPress file formats and not other files on your website. For example, I have a folder of PDF files (over two hundred files), and it skipped the folder and did not migrate it. My website displays these files and has many links to them. This caused multiple problems and a scramble to find a way to locate and move the PDF files. Never had a backup or migration program that was this stupid and incompetent. I suggest you try Updraft instead or another one. Perhaps they will fix it, but until then, avoid it.
