Hi, thanks for the plugin, overall looks very functional! However, I’m missing a few features and surely I haven’t found them yet…

My site will only feature classifieds, how can I disable the other categories / CPTs? I don’t want to do this just with CSS, I was looking for a proper toggle to deactivate those categories…

Coudl you give me some pointers? As I said, I only want to run a classifieds site where people can sign up for free and post their private ads. Super straight forward.

    Cheers!

    Hello,

you can hide additional CPTs like ‘Places’ on the frontend by removing all listings and categories. Once those are removed from the trash there should be no mention of the CPT on the frontend.

The ‘Places’ (or properties) CPT cannot be fully removed, but should not be in your way with there only being links in the backend.

To remove events you can again delete all the event listings and categories, from them from the trash, then uninstall the event manager addon.

You can also rename Places to be anything you want from Places > Settings > General.
