Mondial relay Postal code – sync providers

You don’t need to reset providers, just do the simple synch providers and check again the Mondial Relay.

Thank you but I always made it and it doesn’t work. It is always %postal_code% in the Mondial relay page of tracking.
I didn’t check the box “reset providers database…” during the sync and the popup message that appears is : 0 new providers, 0 providers updates, 0 providers deleted.
Do I have to check the box? but will I lose everything in my woocommerce shipping settings?

Yes we have %postal_code% in the tracking link of Mondeal Relay – https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis?numeroExpedition=%number%&CodePostal=%postal_code%.

Yes but I would like the good postal code ?? It will be more simple for my client to see directly the tracking. Most people think it’s a mistake because they don’t know HTML.
The tracking number displays well, why the postal code is written %postal_code% ?

%postal_code% is replaced by the order shipping postal code in the tracking URL.

I would like but no… in the order of my client when I add the information of tracking : tracking number, mondial relay and date and I click to preview I arrive on Mondial relay page but the postal code is always %postal_code%

Is it only a problem in preview mode ? The postal code will appear well if I record / validate the tracking in the order ?

Yes, it’s only in the preview mode. Check the tracking link after adding the tracking information.
