• On my current member’s directory when the search returns no results all members show instead. I’ve talked to BuddyPress and they explained this is a PMPro issue. Is there some fix you can provide that doesn’t force me to show all members on the directory?

    Just to confirm, is this when searching through the BuddyPress members directory?

    Please send me a screenshot of how you’ve got this Add On’s settings set up, and steps on how I can replicate this so that I can test on my side?

    Yes this is the buddypress members directory. The members directory has the advanced search checked. You can duplicate this on your end by going to https://amandac71.sg-host.com/directory/ and typing one of the members names to see the search working correctly. Then you can type a random name or letters and see it will display all members including expired members.
