    Hello @leviblu ,

I want to apologize for the inconvenience you’ve been facing with our import feature, and we’re here to help.

You can easily use our import feature to import any of your links. You just have to structure it properly so that it can get recognized in our Plugin. To assist you, I’ve created a video. You can watch it: Here

I’ve attached a sample CSV file that can serve as a template for configuring your existing links correctly. This should hopefully address the problem you’ve encountered. Please download it from here

However, if you are still facing any issues could you please share any screencast of your issue show that I can understand and solve the issue as soon as possible?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
