    Hi there.
    I’ve entered my phone number to use ZALO, but I keep receiving an error message saying ‘This account is temporarily unable to use this function’, preventing me from connecting.

    Could you possibly provide a solution for this issue?

    Hi there, thanks for your message! Would you be able to share a screenshot of the page where you see the error message? I don’t think this error happens in the plugin, but that it’s returned by Zalo, but a screenshot would help me confirm this. It would also help if you could share a link to your website so we can investigate the issue further. (If you’re uncomfortable sharing the url here, you can also use our support contact form.

    I tested few diffecnt numbers and all numbers not worked.

    Hi @cheonmu ,

    Thanks for your reply. This is indeed an issue on Zalo’s end. The button is functioning properly however, your Zalo account doesn’t seem to allow the deeplinking functionality. I did a Google search and found that Zalo seems to be having an issue with this. According to this site, Zalo randomly turns this functionality off for some accounts when they’re doing maintenance on their end.

    I would recommend to wait for a day and see what happens. If tomorrow it’s still not working, follow Zalo’s advice and send an email about the issue to [email protected] and make sure you mention your account number.

    Unfortunately there’s not much that I can do for you. The plugin is functioning properly. The issue is really on Zalo’s end.
