Maill Press 5.0

I have a problem with the plugin Maillpress.
How I created a button on the side of the newsletter when trying to add the user pops up error “ERROR. Falied reset confirmation email” but the email confirmation is sent when you enter in the confirmation email it pops up an error
“ERROR # 5 (unknown user)! Check you are using the Appropriate link.”

I tried to add to the database entries wp_mailpress_mails but it will not come because I did not know what to enter in the record.
Uninstalling and reinstalling nothing could.
