    Woosync allows for us to connect multiple woocommerce stores, however when I click on the add another store option, a broken form pops up with the following:

    I couldn’t reproduce this issue on my end–the popup renders as expected:

    Would you try the following, so we can investigate further?

    • Temporarily deactivate all other plugins and use the default WordPress theme to rule out plugin/theme conflict. Health Check is a tool that can be useful for debugging like this, though it requires an official default theme like Twenty Seventeen. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins except for Jetpack CRM and WooCommerce, and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site.
    • Try a different browser. It’s possible that the issue is related to the browser. I recommend testing on at least two different browsers, such as Firefox and Chrome. I tested on the latest version of Firefox above.
