How to hide current post link & title from list ?

Hello,

Firstly, Thanks for this awesome plugin. I am using your plugin on almost all my blogs.

I am looking parameter to remove current post completely from list. I know there’s a parameter available to prevent the current posts title from being wrapped in a link, that is “link_current=no”. But I am looking for parameter to completely remove current post link/title from list on that page.
