    Hi,

    We have emails set in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New Order, but they do not receive new order notifications when the product is a gift card.

    Is there a setting we can adjust so they will receive these notifications?

    As per your mentioned query please make sure that the WooCommerce default mail is working fine then only you will get the order mail.

    Yes, thank you, we receive all other product emails just fine. It’s only gift card order emails we don’t receive.

    Hello,

    Please make sure that the order status must be marked as processing or completed then only you will get the gift card mail.

    Hello,

    It seems that the issue you are facing is due to the theme or third party plugin please run a test by deactivating a theme as well as third party plugin one by one you will find the culprit plugin.
