DHL Lables – Download is empty PDF

  • Dear support,

    our customer reported an issue with DHL labels.

    All new and old lables can be downloaded, but those are PDF with 0 bytes and it is empty. What could be the issue ?

    I have a similar problem. It says “The file is not available on the website” It doesnt download the label while in the customer dashboard at DHL portal it is visible.

    Hi @baldner,

    Could you try refreshing the permalinks in WordPress using the following steps:

    1)In the WordPress admin area, navigate to “Settings > Permalinks.”

    2)Click on “Save Changes.”

    3)This will flush the permalinks and rewrite rules.

    Then please re generate the labels to the orders
