• Although everything looks beautiful on the front end, behind the scenes there is no customer support at all, it is impossible to communicate with the developers – absolutely no follow thru

    A major revised review is in order –

    I have been converted from a grumpy old man to someone young at heart filled with optimism. I had caught PostX on their extended holiday, across multiple continents, not everyone is on my schedule. We had a 1v1 tutorial and now I am up and running. Very patient and I have seen the light. Thank you – they went from 1 star to 5 star, just like that!

    Sorry for the experience but usually we are very proactive when it comes to customer support, you can check all of our previous reviews. Last three days our support was unavailable because of our half-yearly refreshment break. Where did you ask for support? I can’t see your query in our WordPress forum.
