Hi Everyone! Appreciate the help and guidance. I have WooCommerce installed on a consulting client’s website. It’s working as it’s supposed to, orders come in, payments are processed; the whole nine yards. All-good. The only issue is that, when an order is received, there are 2 email addresses entered that are supposed to receive order notification emails (mine and the client’s)… I’m getting the email notifications and the client is not. Any idea why this might be happening?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @brickyardcollective

The issue you’re experiencing could be due to a few reasons. One possibility is that the client’s email server is filtering the notification emails as spam. Please have your client check their spam or junk email folder. If the emails are there, they should mark them as “not spam” to prevent this from happening in the future.

Another possibility is that there could be a typo in the client’s email address entered in WooCommerce. Please verify the email address entered under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New Order.

Additionally, it could be due to the client’s email provider blocking emails from your website. In this case, your client should contact their email provider and ask them to whitelist your website’s email address.

To troubleshoot email related issues, I encourage you to follow our detailed guide here: https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
