Paid for Upgrade, Where is my upgrade?

  • I paid for an upgrade so that I could change the colors of some of the text. I see why they did not include this in their free version, so they could steal from people. I never received the upgrade or an email. I have sent requests for help to their customer service. I never received a reply. In fact, the only thing I did receive is a charge on my credit card.
