Action required message

Since I downloaded the plugin, I have this message on the Dashboard that says

Action required with recommended plugin: the following recommended plugin is currently inactive: WPForms.

Then, I activate the plugin, but the message stays and follows me on the WP Cookie Consent dashboard as well.

I deactivated your plugin and the message disappears. I’d like to use your plugin since i also paid for it.

What do you suggest?
