[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] WordPress.comStats Not Working

The dashboard loads properly and after a pause the CSS for the blog site is applied to the Admin form. The delay is from the WordPress.com Stats Version 1.7.3 loading and after that the the dashboard goes bad.
De-Activating the plugin corrects this problem.
